Clarksville, TN

Clarksville is a nice community really close to Kentucky! Close to Fort Campbell Army Post so there is a lot of military personel that live there.  Also, Clarksville is home to Austin Pea State University College.  There are many things to do if you plan on living there or visiting.  There is the Cumberland River that runs through, Dunbar Cave, Kayaking, Hiking Trails, Parks, the Clarksville Greenway & Rock Climbing are among the many things to do!  If you are relocating because of military then you can live here and be close to the base.  This area is great for investors as well, so if you are wanting to buy rental properties this would be the perfect place.  It's not too far from Nashville so many like to live here and commute to work!
