Turkey Baked Spaghetti - Audra's Style!

Here is my Turkey Baked Spaghetti recipe….


Of course, you all know that I am gonna make recipes using organic ingredients when possible and healthier additions.



2 lbs. Ground Turkey ~ Antibiotic Free, organic if possible but you can use whatever kind you like or ground chicken or beef if you prefer!

2 jars of Spaghetti sauce – Any version of organic or your favorite

Organic Coconut Oil or EVOO

Organic Super Greens – (Spinach, Chard and Kale)

1 pack – Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti Noodles – (or your favorite kind)

Shredded Cheese

Spices – Oregano, Garlic Powder and Basil


Cook turkey meat in Coconut Oil or EVOO until done.  Add in the Super greens and cook until tender.  Set aside.  Boil Spaghetti Noodles to al dente  and then drain water.  In a casserole dish put cooked noodles on bottom, then layer the turkey meat with greens on top,  Pour your favorite spaghetti sauce over entire dish until it is completely covered.  Next add your favorite cheese!  Top it off with a few spices…Oregano, Garlic Powder & Basil!  Pop it in the oven at 375 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.  Honestly,  it is great the first night, but the leftovers are even better……ha!  Enjoy!!!
