What is a Buyers Consultation?
I have a Buyers Consultation with new clients looking to buy a home here in TN. This gives us both a chance to meet each other, get to know each other and know what to expect during the home buying process, whether you have never bought a home or have purchased many. We will talk about the lending process and I have great lenders if you don't already know one. I will also go over the "do's and donts" while searching for a home, explain the process in full detail, we will pull up homes to give you an idea of the homes available & I get to know what you like and expect in a home as we look through on the big screen.
Getting with a lender is important to go forward so we know exactly what a buyer can get approved for price wise before we go look at homes. I never want to take my clients to look at homes that don't fit in their budget as that will lead to an unhappy client if they have their heart set on a home that it not in the correct price range for what they can get approved for. After all, I want my clients to have the best experience possible and don't want to set someone up for disappointment and I always keep their best interest at heart at all times.
